This 10 minute video and guidelines focused on communication styles in a school district setting. It was part of a 3 video series created by three sets of LISD Strategic Plan, Bold Initiative teams.

Each team created a video with guidelines for facilitators to supply Professional Development to LISD staff and allow dialog on each subject. Research materials combined current studies for each style making consistent standards available and understood.
