Introduced and manage LISD Media Library on Virtual Server and Intranet. Media consists of photography not only taken by myself, but a compilation created by all staff to document students and events throughout the county. Stock photography of local students taken by me, Lenawee school buildings, stock photos used often in marketing brochures and hanging in within the LISD buildings. Over 2,400 versions of the LISD service area logos in different colors and file formats. Marketing templates, style guides, guidelines all combined in common shared locations.
The idea was created directly after the creation of the style guide. The need for holding the templates as I created them and the use of digital imagery also found a need to share and library the media created and collected. With staff needing images for students to introduce locations, lessons, and marketing also needing the images I had taken, the virtual library seems to be the best solution. 7 years later it is still being utilized daily by many staff.
