Plan A - I would like to publish to Creative Cow to show the collaboration happening in our county with our local community to help our local educational access channel to show that we are still surviving because of everyone’s efforts.

This is especially interesting since the conference is about collaboration. We have had help from the cable channels saving us $45,000 in costs to continue and upgrade the channel. Our administrators support the need as well as instructors and students. The channel is not exactly the perfect channel, yet with the videos we are creating, we will have a large collection with even more collaboration. Creative Cow would be the more popular place to publish.

ACM is the old school place to publish a paper, yet they are also focusing on collaboration this year.
